  • Coordinate and monitor project activities, ensuring timelines, quality, and deliverables are met.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate requirements into functional specifications for the development team.
  • Prepare project documentation such as project plans, status reports, requirement documents, and user manuals
  • Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and resource requirements.
  • Facilitate communication between clients, management, and technical teams.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure deliverables meet business needs.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure process compliance.
Requirement
  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred).
  • Proficiency in requirement gathering, process documentation, and workflow analysis.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
  • Basic knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
