About the job
- Coordinate and monitor project activities, ensuring timelines, quality, and deliverables are met.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications for the development team.
- Prepare project documentation such as project plans, status reports, requirement documents, and user manuals
- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and resource requirements.
- Facilitate communication between clients, management, and technical teams.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure deliverables meet business needs.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure process compliance.
Requirement
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred).
- Proficiency in requirement gathering, process documentation, and workflow analysis.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
- Basic knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
