About the job

• We are looking for a System & Network Support Executive with 1–2 years of experience in system hardware troubleshooting and basic networking to join our IT team. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in handling day-to-day system issues, network configurations, and hardware maintenance.

Requirement

• Troubleshoot hardware issues (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals).
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/Linux) and software.
• Perform LAN/WAN troubleshooting and basic network support (IP addressing, cabling, switches, routers).
• Monitor and maintain system performance and network availability.
• Maintain inventory of hardware/software and prepare reports for maintenance schedules.
• Respond to user queries and provide technical support both remotely and on-site.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacements or warranty claims.
• Set up new systems and ensure proper functioning before deployment.
