- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
- Analyze market data to develop targeted strategies for business growth.
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
- Qualify leads and prioritize them based on potential value to the company.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
- Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing with clients to secure new business.
- Close deals and ensure a smooth transition to the delivery or account management teams
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of the industry and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business tools.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
