  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
  • Qualify leads and prioritize them based on potential value to the company.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
  • Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing with clients to secure new business.
  • Close deals and ensure a smooth transition to the delivery or account management teams
Requirement
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of the industry and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
